Mostly recruiters spent max 1-2 minutes in reading out the CV. So it is the responsibility of incumbents to impress him/her within this tenure. So one must be careful while writing and sending the CV because it shows the reflection of your personality.

Also there is no job vacancy/position like "Any Job" in UAE

This is the major reason majority among us not getting interview calls.

PURPOSE:

·         The incumbent will support the activities of the Finance Department including cost accounting (project accounting), accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting and budgeting.  The individual will be responsible for project estimates, cost base, accounts receivable, managing internal & external audits, statutory reporting and tax filing.

·         The individual will ensure compliance with local UAE legal and regulatory requirements as well as U.S. GAAP reporting standards.  They will also ensure the accuracy and timeliness of output, analysis and resolution of problems including root cause analysis and process corrections. They will also be responsible for assisting Operations by providing the necessary financial support.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Must be a part-qualified accountant or actively studying toward a recognized professional (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent)
·         Minimum Bachelor of Accountancy degree from a reputable University
·         Must have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a MNC, preferably in the manufacturing industry, oil & gas industry experience would be considered an advantage.
·         Familiarity with the Middle East regulatory, statutory and tax compliance requirements and U.S. GAAP would be considered an advantage.
·         The successful candidate must possess good computer skills.
·         Knowledge of ERP system (SAP) and reporting system (Hyperion) would be considered an advantage.
·         The successful candidate must possess good interpersonal, communication, time management and analytical skills.

·         The successful candidate must be a self-starter, motivated and capable of working on their own initiative.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Responsible for maintaining cost accounting records in a manufacturing environment, integrity for assigned projects and general ledger maintenance.
·         Support the management of accounts receivable accounts and ensuring debt is minimized on an ongoing basis.
·         Support the preparation of monthly performance reports (flash updates, aged debt reports & contract reports).
·         Support the Senior Accountant with regards to financial reporting, forecasting and budget preparation & submission to timetable.
·         FRS entry and Submission of Hyperion – due on the 3rd workday.
·         Support the Financial Governance including Balance Sheet reconciliations, Non-SOX audits, Internal & External Audits.
·         Communicate with auditors, tax and government authority to minimize related financial exposure.
·         Support the implementation of improvements in processes and procedures.

·         Salary Offered :           AED 8000 + Transportation from company + Medical & Tickets
·         Duration           :           6 months Contract
